1960s: The Beginning
Founded in downtown Alvin, our firm began with a simple mission: provide honest, accurate accounting services to local families and businesses. Working from a modest office on Gordon Street, we built our reputation one tax return at a time.
1970s-1980s: Growth & Expansion
As Alvin and the surrounding areas grew, so did we. We expanded our services to include full bookkeeping and payroll, and began serving clients throughout Brazoria and Fort Bend Counties, including the growing Katy area. We hired our first bilingual staff members to better serve the growing Hispanic community, and moved to our current location on Adoue Street—just steps from City Hall.
1990s-2000s: Technology Integration
We embraced computerized accounting systems and e-filing, becoming one of the first firms in Brazoria County to offer electronic tax filing. This allowed us to process returns faster and more accurately while maintaining the personal touch our clients valued.

Originally from Venezuela, Fernando graduated from Universidad Del Zulia (LUZ) with a Public Accounting certification and obtained a Master's Degree in Taxation from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacin (URBE). He began his career with KPMG Venezuela as an external auditor before working with multinational organizations in the coal and oil fields as controller.
In 2007, Fernando moved to Florida and continued working with coal, retail, and service companies ranging from startups to multimillion-dollar corporations. His diverse experience enables him to deliver high-quality services to both individuals and small businesses across Alvin, Katy, and the greater Houston area.
